# Can't access your smartphone for 2FA?

You guessed it: Please contact <finngen-servicedesk@helsinki.fi>. We will reset your 2FA configuration and temporarily lift 2FA enforcement for your account, so that you can login again and reconfigure 2FA to use your new device.

If we have reason to be suspicious of your identity (e.g., if you requested a new password very recently), we will perform further verification before resetting your 2FA configuration.
