# A list of what coding variants are enriched in Finland?

All coding variants in FinnGen (R6) that also exist in Gnomad v2.1 are here, with comparison to NFSEE: `gs://finngen-production-library-green/finngen_R6/finngen_R6_analysis_data/coding_variants/gnomad_func_info_0.6_r6_annotation_selected.txt.gz`

`fet_nfsee.p_value` is a file of computed Fisher's exact tests on different allele counts. These variants include the columns: `“pLoF” || “LC” || “startlost” || “stoplost” || “stopgained” || “inframeindel” || “Missense_variant”`
