# Alzheimer's Disease Task Force

Chairs: Paavo Häppölä (FinnGen), John Eicher (GSK)

**Main Scientific questions**

1. Conduct a pilot study to assay blood-based biomarker changes over time generated by NULISA in TWINGEN.
   1. Compare NULISA results to extant biomarker data previously generated with other technologies (e.g., SIMOA, Olink).
   2. Perform analyses of longitudinal biomarker data in pilot study (eg association with cognition & candidate genes)
   3. Evaluate for extension to full-scale study
2. Complete feasibility/pilot analyses using MRI data with deprioritization for a fuller analysis
