# Pilot quantitative data from brain MRI images (Alzheimer's disease)

Content: Pilot data of quantitative measurements from MRI images from FinnGen participants from patients with neurodegenerative diseases in the Eastern Finland Biobank. All measured parameters are achieved by using the MRI analysis methods: cNeuro, FreeSurfer, CAT12 and BrainCharts.\
