Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) combined phenotype table

FinnGen IBD Task Force phenotype table combines previously released disease phenotype variables into a same table: onset age (Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) time to operation & refined disease start data), Montreal classifications (Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) modified montreal data), and age of onset for 5 surgery endpoints (Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) time to operation & refined disease start data), and in addition, includes new IBD-releated variables: age of onset for 10 extraintestinal manifestations and age at initiation and cessation for 17 IBD-related medications.
