# Metabolic diseases Task Force

**Main scientific questions**

1. Evaluation of risk factors (comorbidities, genetics) associated with poor response to GLP1RA and/or progression.
2. Identification of protein biomarkers to GLP1RA medication to get insight into pathways/mechanisms, signatures across patient substrata and biomarker selection in clinical trials and medication management?
3. Evaluation of risk factors (comorbidities, genetics) for adverse events with GLP1RA treatment.
