Prune data is available in the following sandbox directory:

`/finngen/library-red/finngen_R9/prune_1.0/`

### Data files

The following data file has been created using [plink](https://www.cog-genomics.org/plink/2.0/) LD's pruning method. It is a simple list of SNPs:

`data/finngen_R9.prune.in`
