# FinnGen 3 proteomics data

The plan in FG3 is to analyze \~10,000 EDTA plasma samples, primarily from the disease working groups (aka Task Forces) or other sample collections that fall under FG3's scientific plan.

For this part, the Olink Explore HT that screens for \~5,300 proteins was selected, and the samples will be shipped to the service provider (Azenta/GeneWiz) over 3 batches. The first two batches will contain \~2,500 samples each, and the third one \~5,000.
