# Third batch

The 3rd batch of Olink Explore HT (5K) NPX Map 2.0.0 proteomics data.

The raw data contains 6,191 samples from 4,635 individuals. FinnGen task forces selected samples from existing samples in Finnish Biobanks.

FinnGen disease task forces selected 5,331 samples from nine Finnish biobanks; the remaining 860 come from the Northern Finland Birth Cohort 1966 and were selected for certain incident diseases after sample collection.
