### Description

The [Finnish National Infectious Diseases Register](https://thl.fi/en/web/infectious-diseases-and-vaccinations/surveillance-and-registers/finnish-national-infectious-diseases-register) aims to prevent and study infectious diseases in Finland. The data includes all corona-positive individuals in FinnGen and their treatment including respiratory support and treatment outcome.
