# Coding variant browser

Browser for coding variants. Includes results for all coding variants in FinnGen from additive and recessive GWAS from imputed data, and additive GWAS from chip data.

All coding variant associations with p-value < 1e-5 (excluding *HLA* and *APOE*) are included in the browser.
