The data below were generated as part of the FinnGen 2 Expansion Area 5 (EA5) pilot. For this analysis, we used Metabolon's Global Discovery Panel that covers 5,400+ metabolites.
We pilot analyzed a subset of 1,000 individuals (in two batches) that we have also run Olink 3K and SomaScan 7K proteomics platforms.
