FinnGen Science Users' Meetings

Are monthly meetings covering scientific presentations and tool updates. These meetings are usually organized on the third week of the month on Tuesdays at 9:05 AM - 10:30 AM (EST) / 4:05 PM - 5:30 PM (HEL) via Zoom. If you would like to be included in that, please email [email protected]

FinnGen office hours and Q&A

Are monthly organize Q&A sessions, where FinnGen users can come and ask questions about data and analyses. Example of topics: How to build a cohort in ATLAS? How to use Lifetrack to visualize one person health history? What data could I use for my study?

These sessions are usually held on Zoom the day after the monthly FinnGen Science and Users' meeting. One Eurore session from 13.00–14.00 Helsinki time, and another session for US at 1pm–2pm Boston time.

FinnGen trainings

If you would like to organize a training about FinnGen in general or the Sandbox environment to your organization, please send an email to [email protected]

We generally organize training sessions to Partner Organizations, not to individual users.

New users are guided to familiarize themselves especially to the following Handbook sections:

FinnGen Service Desk

You can send any question to us also via email to [email protected]. At the Service Desk we are able to handle especially account, access and Sandbox related questions but will forward also any other questions to relevant people.
