We conduct FinnGen User's meetings once a month (usually the last week of the month) on Tuesdays at 9:05 AM - 9:55 AM (EST) / 4:05 PM - 4:55 PM (HEL) via Zoom. If you would like to be included in that, please email [email protected]

You can ask questions from our experts by joining the FinnGen Community Slack. Using Slack channel #finngen_handbook you can give feedback and suggestions regarding the FinnGen Handbook.

FinnGen trainings

If you would like to organize a training about FinnGen in general or to Sandbox environment to your organization, please send an email to [email protected]

We generally organize training sessions to Partner Organizations, not to individual users. New Sandbox users, please check Working in the Sandbox. Check out also training videos in FinnGen All Sharepoint.

FinnGen Service Desk

You can send any question to us also via email to [email protected]. At the Service Desk we are able to handle especially account, access and Sandbox related questions but will forward also any other questions to relevant people.

FinnGen office hours and Q&A

The FinnGen Phenotype Team is organizing monthly Q&A sessions, where FinnGen users can come and ask questions about data and analyses, the Phenotype Team is here to help! Example of topics: How to build a cohort in ATLAS? How to use Lifetrack to visualize one person health history? What data could I use for my study?

These sessions are usually held on Zoom the day after the monthly FinnGen Users' meeting. One Eurore session from 13.00–14.00 Helsinki time, and another session for US at 1pm–2pm Boston time.
